About Belt Line Plumbing Co.

Belt Line Plumbing Co. started in 2007 with one truck, one licensed plumber, and one belief: Addison deserved a plumber that actually lived here.

Over the last 18+ years we have grown to a full team of Texas RMP licensed plumbers, with trucks staged inside Addison so that emergency calls really do get answered in 30 minutes. We rebuilt hundreds of homes after Winter Storm Uri in February 2021. We service Restaurant Row grease lines every week. We repipe 1970s Belt Line townhomes on a schedule that keeps them out of the emergency queue.

We are still family-run. The dispatcher who answers your call at 2 a.m. is a licensed plumber. The estimator who walks your job is the same person who will run it. The invoice you sign matches the quote you got.

Our territory is deliberately tight — Dallas County plus the Collin, Denton, Rockwall, and Kaufman edges. We do not chase Fort Worth or Southlake calls, because a plumber based in Addison who has never actually driven Belt Line at 3pm cannot honestly promise a 30-minute response to it. Local for us is not a marketing word.

Every plumbing job at Belt Line Plumbing follows the same sequence: a licensed plumber diagnoses on-site, we hand you a flat written quote with at least one alternative when one exists, we complete the approved scope, we pressure-test or camera-verify the work, and we leave you with photos, permit paperwork where required, and warranty documents. No hourly meter running while a tech "figures it out" in your garage.

For property managers, HOA boards, and commercial customers, we add a certificate of insurance on file before the first visit, monthly billing when helpful, and structured maintenance contracts that trade a predictable spend for far fewer emergencies. We handle the Town of Addison permit and inspection coordination on any scope that requires it.
